Growing up in Naples gave Ashley an enduring love of beaches, hot weather, and Publix subs. It will always be her home. On 9/10/17 Naples was pummeled by Hurricane Irma, causing tremendous destruction. Please join her for a donation-only yoga flow at Element. 100% of donations will go to GlobalGiving's Irma Relief Fund.
Give your feet a break! Join Mary as we explore the building blocks of the most common arm balances: Crow Pose, Side Crow Pose and Flying Splits. We will stretch and activate the muscles of the core and play with these shapes to find variations that work with your flexibility. Finally, we will wrap it all up in a mini flow using what we've learned. Added bonus: just working on these poses builds incredible focus, core, arm and wrist strength. All levels welcome.
Join Erica and Grace for a kick-ass workout devoted to your "booty-ful" glutes. Working this amazing group of muscles can improve the way you move and feel. Our 90-minute hip-hop and yoga inspired class will introduce the basic anatomy of your backside and give you all the tools you need to build (and bounce) that #BOOTY. There will be so much dancing, shaking and popping that you won’t even realize you’re working your glutes.
Yoga is a simple and ancient practice that joins two parts of our humanity -- our minds, which are often busy or distracted, and our hearts -- our innermost nature, which naturally seek spiritual focus and awareness. As we embark on a new season, we invite you to join us for a special practice to clear debris of any sort and prepare for Spring’s forward movement! In this practice we will explore yoga kriyas (also defined as “cleansing”) as a means to get into the energy behind the poses (and our life). Be inspired by the group energy, be uplifted by great music, and re-set your intention. Click here to register now!
