Vinyasa yoga is the fluid practice of matching breath to movement and the core style of yoga we practice at Element. Join Katelin Ryan, RYT-200 on October 14 for our Vinyasa Workshop as we break down the foundation of all Vinyasa practice; Sun Salutations.
In this workshop, students will learn to effectively:
· Properly move through both Sun Salutation A and B
· Use Ujyai breath and match it to movement
· Modify for their bodies
· Breakdown the safe and effective way to chaturanga (also known as a “yoga pushup)
· Debunk common confusion regarding proper alignment and movement
