Give your feet a break! Join Mary as we explore the building blocks of the most common arm balances: Crow Pose, Side Crow Pose and Flying Splits. We will stretch and activate the muscles of the core and play with these shapes to find variations that work with your flexibility. Finally, we will wrap it all up in a mini flow using what we've learned. Added bonus: just working on these poses builds incredible focus, core, arm and wrist strength. All levels welcome.
